Currently there are no widely recognized guidelines for the administration of cryoprecipitate to infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) leading to variability in practice between centers and providers.

Through this survey of neonatal intensive care providers, we will gather information on individual approaches to cryoprecipitate transfusion in order to better understand variability in current practice patterns and identify areas where care can be improved.
